What is a Powder Trap?
It is a trap for Cluster Flies, Lady Bugs or Wasps. Powder Trap's™ revolutionary patented QuickSand™
technology enables you to eliminate problem insects professionally using an environment safe, clean, ultra lightweight powder
that acts like quicksand.
Why am I selling them on my website?
Because
I have used them for years and decided to buy in bulk for a cheaper rate. People were buying them from me when I only
purchased a case at a time. They are selling at a local neighborhood store for $24.95 each. I knew I could do better
than that.
Do these things
really work?
Yes, very well. These traps are designed to go in a window where the cluster
fly comes in or hangs out. The traps do not attract flies to the trap. That is why you need one for any window the flies are
at. The fly is looking for a place to crawl into and that is what is provided. They cannot crawl out as the "quicksand"
coats their legs and they sink...
How long do they last?
They
last indefinitely. Nothing expires in the container. Only if it gets full of flies do you need to replace them. They hold
approximately 1200 flies.
What is in the traps? Is it safe?
The traps are filled with an environment safe, clean, ultra lightweight powder that acts like quicksand, made of
exploded eggshells. They have been tested by the USDA, numerous Universities and State Agencies and over 100,000 happy customers.
Where can I find out more information?
Either
click on the image on this site or go to www.powdertrap.com. You are also able to buy them there but that is not from me.
They will be shipping from Canada so shipping is much higher....
What lot sizes can I buy from
you?
I will sell any amount you want. As on the Powder Trap web site
they are $20.00 each from 1-9 and if you buy a case of 10, you get the case for $180.00, saving 20.00. If you want a case,
please contact me at mollyco@tops-tele.com. It can't be purchased from my site as yet...
Do
I have the ladybug traps also?
Yes, but not the wasp ones. All are the same price.
Does this work on the common house
fly?
No, because they like to fly around the house and land/live anywhere. Cluster
flys stay in the windows.
